Kiwibank customers are requested to use alternative channels such as PostShops and Phone banking for their immediate banking activities. The bank is confident that no customer’s funds will be lost. Kiwibank is working directly with national and international agencies to protect customers from this scam and to minimise the impact and identify those responsible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Internet banking will be restored as soon as possible.
