zeb Posted November 25, 2007 Share Posted November 25, 2007 im using final vinyl to record mixes and im writing tunes with reason..... how do i compress the files so their easier to upload to myspace or other host sites??? it always says the file is too big after ive waited 4o minutes for it to upload.... and if i wanna play my own tunes with scratch live up at basefm what sort of file should i save it as.....a wav file or an aiff? mosaic Posted November 25, 2007 Share Posted November 25, 2007 Have you tried uploading the tunes as lower quality mp3's?? Use 192 instead of 320 or some such. Otherwise you can create a compressed arhive folder with the mix or tunes in it and then upload that. For serato save them as wavs or mp3's.
