Rent is $160 p/w for the room, not inclusive of bills/expenses - We also require a share of the bond which we have already paid. Female preferred, but anyone considered. We do make a little bit of noise, mostly during the day, so we do need someone who will be tolerant of that ... we are mostly considerate though! House has washer/dryer, phone, dishwasher, alarm etc ... Shot.
