zeb Posted January 20, 2010 Share Posted January 20, 2010 got a pretty sweet room available at my place just off newton gully. not a huge room but will fit a double bed and a turntables setup easily. its furnished with a bed,shelves,clothes rack,4 stacker set of drawers already too. we are a pretty mellow house so we dont want someone who wants to party at home every weekend,but casual boozing and people who indulge in a bit of would fit right in. if you are into music production of any kind or skill level it would be a bonus. we have xbox online,internet,washing machine,dishwasher and all the other stuff. we have a mint little backyard that gets sun almost all day and its close to everything else you need.i.e shops,gassy,restaurants,pizza shops,piss store etc... there is a carpark but my mrs is movin in soon and has bagsed it. your lookin at $180 per week for rent,internet and other bills all included.(possibly chip in a wee bit extra here and there depending on how the flat account is looking) it is NOT an apartment either.its an actual house. NO BOND REQUIRED.but you must be trustworthy and pitch in to keep the place lookin sharp as we will not tolerate lazy and messy mofo's. pm me if your keen to come check it out....
