bn cranking the old skool games recently. brings back good memories. post up your fav games when u were a kid etc

 

was just cranking Warcraft 2 yesterday, still badass i remember when it came out and i was 8. saved up the $109 all by myself and played that shit all day every day for like a week

Me and Kritical used to pull sickies from school and rock the Warcraft... can't remember if it was 1 or 2

 

 

My personal favourite was Day of the Tentacle. I remember saving up the $100 or so dollars for that... it was awesome... spent hours trying to finish the game. I even wrote out my own walk through for a mate when he couldn't finish it... what a nerd

OK - off the top of my head... Worms, Zool, Cannon Fodder, Bubble Bobble (before Rainbow Islands which is equally awesome), Great Giana Sisters (Best mario clone ever), Monkey Island, Sim City, robocop, Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge 1 and 2 and many others - That's just for the Amiga 500.

 

Atari 2600 I played Missle Command and Pole Position - Ah the joys of being 6 or 7 years old

dune 2000 was mean! anyone played the new one, emperor - battle for dune? wasnt as good i recn. ordos ftw!

 

while were on the westwood buzz:

 

sonic and knuckles was my fav out of the sonic games, looked awesome for megadrive. knuckles ftw, could fly, climb walls and punch through shit sonic on master system was pretty damn awesome too for the graphics

 

bn cranking all the old megadrive games on a emulator recently. still doesnt beat having the original console and controllers tho, i fukn threw mine out in inorganics about 6 years ago.
