WRONG

they are a different species..

# All sharks by definition have cartilidge, give birth to live young, have 5 or more gills.. and other attributes that vary from fish

# All fish by definition have bones, less than 5 gills and lay eggs.. and again more attributes that vary from sharks.

quite different from eachother dont you think?

just because they look similar to a fish and swim in the ocean, doesnt mean they fish? are whales fish? no they are a seperate species.

Sharks are an entire species of animal by them self..

not a sub species of fish..

w00t! out geeked the shark geeks about sharks

No you're wrong.

Sharks are a group (superorder Selachimorpha) of fish, with a full cartilaginous skeleton and a streamlined body, with normally 5, but up to 7 (depending on species) gill slits along the side of, or beginning slightly behind, the head (in some species, a modified slit called a spiracle, is located just behind the eye), dermal denticles covering the body to protect from damage, parasites and improve fluid dynamics, and rows of replaceable teeth in the mouth.

edit - that was from wikipedia

im sure im right eh..

all sharks give birth to live young

all fish lay eggs..

thats a pretty big difference..

its like saying that a possum and a racoon are of the same species,

but one is a mamal and the other is a marsupial..

im going to look into this.. im soo sure im right.

the differences between sharks and all other fish is far to great for them to be the same species..

and FUCK wikipedia bro.. you can get anything in there.. search for the term JGA or JGA'd and you'll see what i mean
