skono Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 see here for my travels (aus, china, thailand, laos, vietnam) from my current location in vietnam i want to check out cambodia (which is about 5 hours down the road) and perhaps myanmar... in the next five years i want to go to japan (but its fucking expensive!), and eastern europe... english teaching is the way to go for travelling.. My travels Fiji - Multiple Australia - Multiple Last visit New Years 2006 Bali Singapore Thaliand Koh Samui - Chaweng Regent Resort mmmmmmmmmmmmmmagic! ALso Thailand but a separate trip. Uk France Spain Ibiza Monaco Italy Oops left out Colarado - more of a training camp than a travel adventure Next Five years if I have enough mula Too many friggin engagements and weddings for the next two years to go to. Its not that much, just went hard with two jobs for a wee while to do travel holidays. Now just want to do an overseas trip every year or two depending in $$$. Places I want to visit in no particular order: UK- London, Dublin.. Europe- Spain, Italy, Norway, Sweden.. USA- New York, Los Angeles, the Bible Belt, Aspen.. Asia- Japan. Also Thailand.. South America- Brasil, South Africa- mainly to see the great whites New York sounds like such a dope city, I love the romanticised version of it as depicted in Kubrick films and Wu-Tang tracks.. I want to see it for myself .. talk to the Staten Island crack-heads, check out Wall St and all the Batemans, visit Ground Zero, buy records etc.. I also want to drive through the Mid-West of America and observe all the fucked up inbreds.. that would be some funny shit But before then "London's calling".. pretty much.. gonna earn some pounds and get some work experience. Check out some infamous clubs like "The End".. my Dad has offered to fly me over there and has loads of contacts there so it's definitely on the cards within the next year or so... can hop over to Europe very easy from there, especially with a UK passport Japan would be wicked, need to have a bit of coin though, and also would want to live there for a while so it won't in the near future.. it interests me more than any other Asian destination, for sure.
