thecharmed01 Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 They make a system which is basically a one-stop-shop for customer interaction and recording, point of sale, GST, stock recording/ordering, staff information, utilisation and rosters, customer communication (sms/email) and promotion/loyalty programmes and history/records........it does a heck of a lot of stuff It takes a 3 hour training just to get them using and doing the basics.......
